As Beefy says, if you piss her off, some guy will morph into you and youll be in a world of hurt, not only will your reputation be knackered but theres a good chance youd get a feel from the law. Sure theres no chance it would go to court as its her word versus yours, but shit like that stinks real bad and many people will say "no smoke without fire" plus you might be innocent in eyes of law but it will still be on the PNC and show up on CRB's etc and will cause a pain in the ass finding work etc especially as it wont be long before all jobs with "customer contact" will require at least a basic CRB disclosure.



Oh and benni cant be locked up in a mental asylum. One of the stipulations of sectioning is that the "treatment" proposed is effective. Its virtually impossible to detain someone when thier illness is untreatable such as with Benni hes not a real danger to anyone so "treatment in the community" is the order of the day Sure one day im sure there will be Benni on the front page of the news after a massacre with the critics saying "how could this happen?" and "why didnt social services act sooner?"
