Good luck, I would get a full survey done not just the homebuyers survey if u can afford it, Much more comprehensive
both my dad and my gf's dad are builders, i also work in construction, we have been through the house with a fine tooth comb, we THINK we have covered all basis, so we are just getting the base survey done, its all that is required in this case tbh!
