you need to put the correct spec ford oil in it, from the list of oils originally used, not what ford have said it needs now

I used the correct specification oil (from the car instruction manual I found the specific ford code) so I think that it isn't the oil... I have driven 2 other cosworths 4x4 and they were changing quite faster than mine from 1st to 2nd... I don't know maybe the clutch "bites" just a bit and doesn't allow it to slow down for changing? I don't know what else to think...
