Right for a start you are working in metric and imperial please dont do that its like being at work with my Dad!
The £100 quoted is for a cubic meter not square meter. To make a cubic meter of concrete you will need approx 2 tonnes of ballast and 10 bags of cement. A 30 square meter base at 100mm thick is 30 x .100 = 3 cubic meters
So now you know that you would need 6 tonnes of ballast and 30 cement as a rough guide,I can mix this by hand and be in the pub by lunch on my own!!
