What map sensor is on your car? Standard APS-06 (2.5 bar)?
Lambda sensor produces a maximum of 1 (One) volt, not 12.
Tps voltage should be 0.16 Volt +- 0.08 Volt, definitely NOT 0.6 Volt. Your manual is wrong. When set at 0.6 volt you will never get a fuel cutoff.
