FFS alot of hassle over a simple check

cheers for those who actually answered the question i know you cant time the ignition on a FRST due to having no fooking dizzy

i have just rebuilt the whole engine, engine bay converted it from MFI to EFI and basiucally restored everypart of the car alone but i still dont know what i am doing
