towing laws using a dolly
can anyone shed any light on the laws with towing dolleys.
basicly i have a car with no tax or mot that i need to move. i have access to a dolly so the 2 front wheels will be off the ground.
ive been informed that if all 4 wheels are in contact with the road its illegal and ill be done for no tax, insurance and mot but if i use the dolly with 2 wheels off the ground that then becomes legal, is this right?
i need the facts please guys, not hear say.
