no disrespect, if its blocked by your employer he has probably done so for a reason circumventing it may be in that case considered gross misconduct.
Given the current economic climate its probably not the wise thing you can do.
But if you can decide to ger around it use a proxy or login to your pc at home and surf from there
yeah, my works it department have been cracking down on this recently, one person got a internet ban [although, he just used someone elses login] and someone else got suspended for five days, it was only hotmail he was looking at aswell.
