anything bigger than 40" and you really are into plasma territory, LCD just cant cut it in comparison

a 100hz plasma 42" looks so much clearly than the equivalent lcd, especially watching non HD broadcasts of football n stuff.

new generations of plasma are a lot more reliable too, they dnt suffer the dreaded 'burn-in' due to the pixel refreshment, and they run a lot cooler too

so if ur thinkin 50", go plasma dude
