since when does it make you gain weight?! youve just said its high in carbs?! carbs are needed as part of a good diet, im not going to entirely give them up. what would be the difference if i substituted bread for pasta or rice?!
if its JUST carbs in bread im not bothered about giving it up. the way ive dieted before was to count calories, no carbs late in the day and as little fat and sugar as possible. so ill carry on with that.
if someone came along and said yes, bread is very bad for you, then id give it up.
