Default engine builders ,need your help !!! arrgh

so i recently pulled my engine apart , ready for its rebuild ,

i then decided to keep the standard pistons and stay standard comp , but as im going bigger cams im going to need valve cut outs ,

my problem is that i dont know how to work out how deep they need to be ,

my blocks already stripped , so i dont know piston to block face height etc ,

so what measurements and where do i need to take them , to work out correctly the depth i need for the pistons ,

im going bd 14s in the head ,

as far as im aware , its standard comp , the blocks not been decked and the heads standard thickness , poss a few thou less may of had one skim ,

so can anyone help as i need to get these out to jems for machining ,

also whats the valve angle ?? in relation to the angle the cuts need to be ,

anyone please
