As said the 106 holds money better and prob looks betetr but at the end of the day its the same damn car!!!

You dont fit in the car? how tall are you? I'm 6ft 4 with size 11 feet and space was never an issue and neither were the pedals!

I totally agree with you on the pedal front chop. im same height as you and size 10 feet and never had an issue with the pedals.
I used to prefer 106s but IMO the facelifted VTS is cooler! i also think the build quality is exactly the same on both cars. As mentioned above i think that was probs just a good example of a 106 and a bad example of a Saxo.
When compared to clio 172s i dont think there is that much in it speed wise, maybe handling is a bit better but saxos/106 do handle well.
clios are probs just newer which i think means a bit better put together
