Cool video. Can see from the footage he's actually understeering slightly whilst going sideways if that makes sense.
Trouble is that the original 4x4 rear diff doesnt lock up as much as desired, therefore the rear end wants to get back in place, and the way to counter this is to left foot bracke while having full throtle and steer in to the corner. (not so easy to explain)

Makes it look so easy!
It really is, unlike 2wd most of the tricky work is done with the pedals.

if youre way over 90 degrees sideways you are going slow, and also thats the way you have to do it with audi 50/50 split.
Compare hafsengens speed around "breisladden" with Alm (the driver on the youtube clip stavros pasted) and you'll understand what proper 4wd sideways is
