when i started the new engine in my 4x4 for the first time after the re-build it was running rough, checked the cts and all looked ok but after taking a few meter readings from the ecu i found that it was at fault! On closer inspection (peeling the rubber boot and wires back) i found one of the wires had broken when i took the loom off.
the wires on the coolant sensor plug or at the ecu side of the loom mate?
