Ah that's good to know! I've hardly used ebay I would have done that if I knew! lol
if he doesnt respond and worst case he leaves a neg as long as you have said in the advert that you dont post to outside the uk then you have a good case for getting it removed ,also if you relist it. in the buyer require ments you can block any bidder without either a credit card or paypal account on file , just another way of weeding out the scammers
