I put my blackberry on ebay this morning for a 7 day auction, but with a buy it now of £170

Literally, within 2 minutes of placing the listing, it was sold for the buy it now price


But, the listing specified shipping/delivery to UK only addresses...

...the winning bidder had an address in Poland, but also, his ebay account has 0 feedback and was only created today!


I'm not wanting to send outside the UK, particularly to someone with no feedback and an account that was only made today...just seems a little strange

I have been in contact with him and explained that the listing stated delivery to UK addresses only and requested that the transaction be cancelled.

He replied saying ok but asked me to leave him good feedback, as of yet he has not accepted the request to cancel the transaction


I'm just wondering where I stand with this? I understand that if he doesn't responde to the request within 7 days, it's automatically cancelled...but what if he refuses/declines the request?
