If you mean the fillerneck from the fuel tank it is just pushed in you can pull it out
and i you don't mean both of these i look stupid and i need to work on my english then
Red_bull ive undone the bolt on the chassis, its the part of the filler neck where you put the nozzle in to fill the car up. But mine looks like its rotten (could be the underseal cracking) around the pipe, but the outside of the filler neck (petrol cap side) has no rust or rot !!
