1250, 1400, 1600, and 1700 Zetec SE engines are completely different from the 2.0 Zetec E
Best way to tune the 1.6 Sigma is (IMO)
Uprated Cams
Aftermarket ECU/remap with raised limiter (dependant on cams and management)
Full Exhaust inc 4-2-1 exhaust manifold +sports or decat (milltek and Piper work very well)
Panel Filter or Cone type induction kit
and (not essential, but reccomended HD big end bolts and HD valve Springs)
Should see in the region in 150bhp if set up right
And ultimately (if your pockest allow) ITB set up from bike TB's or a Jenvey DTH set up
