After reading such a horror story, I'm surprised they're in business at all, but saying that, they are in business, so presumably they must be doing something (however small) right. Bungling weapon really doesnt quite get the message across. If you look up "bungling" in the microsoft thesaurous it merely says:
incompetent
unproductive
wasteful
inept
useless
uneconomical.
I doesnt say "blundering amateur who doesnt know how to fit a GT35 with an external wastegate" or "complete penis who wants to rob you of all your money". I must complain to Bill Gates about his pooey little word program spellchecker!
Many businesses stay in business even when they are incompetent, mainly due ot the fact that a lot of poeple go there without knowing the history of the poor souls who have been there and subsequently anally felched and probed with their pants well and truly removed beforehand.
If my 0 bhp engine case was genuinely a really isolated exception or if EA had expressed the courteousy to help and repair the exploded engine, I might have had a bit of understanding for my wallet but under the circumstances.........
