hello friends

i tried to remove the ISC valve on my Sappire cosworth 4x4 for inspection as warm idle speed was high (1000-1200 rpm). When I removed the holding down plate screws and plate I tried to pull the ISC valve out but it failed to come off even when pulled out hard. Any help regarding this matter? thanks
