your M3 has a dual mass in it mate
i know mate but unlike ford ones bm ones don't seem to fuck up. mine is still original at 152000 miles. had a clutch at 142000 and flywheel was spot on then.

ive not been following used car prices, any idea what my mondeo would be worth? if i could get a grand for it id sooner bung an extra 500-1000 ontop and get a newer/lower mileage one.
unlucky i am afraid mate. just done a flywheel,clutch and slave cylinder at work this morning,all ford parts,total bill was £1060
could of done with a starter as well but thats another 250 quid from ford.
