take your starter off first. if loads of silver dust comes out of it when you shake it the flywheel is toast. the silver dust is the bearing in the middle of the flywheel breaking up.
can get solid flywhel and clutch for 180 quid round here. probably worth changing the slave cylinder as well while its out,thats another dumb idea by ford.
ford aint the only ones with a dual mass flywheels, there a good idea as they take out the jurky feel on stop start situations on cars
your M3 has a dual mass in it mate
