Nope, If its not there it cant be tested, therefore its an advisory. In the MOT testers mag the other week, there was an Astra with a front tie bar missing The tester phoned VOSA and asked where the failure would come under and they said pass it and issue an advisory I will try and copy the article and post it up. But that is VOSA's own magazine!
