What he wants is probably alot like what I wanted from mine. Just a simple'ish cage to give a bit of protection if the car goes over and a bit of rigidity, but not too intrusive.

I went for Safety Devices. OK, so that's not been without its drama's, but at least I don't have to repaint the interior and butcher the trim too much.

I know that if I could have had a custom cage built in the car as a finished job I would have gone for that, but in my experience they are significantly more involved than that?
