I have 3 cars with them on, and they all pass the MOT, including one yesterday. All have brilliant beam patterns as well.

Mind you, mine are all the 3-figure bi-xenon ones, not the £60 off ebay jobs.
yeah they were the cheaper type kits

Matt Baxter,
I DID read the manual on friday, the rear arb does not even get a mention, so is not even a testable item, therefore it cannot be failed as it doesn't have to pass anything, the ONLY proviso vosa came out with, al though ecently and VERY confused seems to be where a roll bar is fitted, it must work, and be attached securely, not having one cannot be a fail, according to vosa, but as you may know what they are like it could be different next month.

cant rember word for word but if a vehicle is known to be fitted as standard it must be fitted at time of test

the reason i remember was when I went for a refresher one on the other blokes asked about removing the antiroll bar as he was well into his off roading
but how can the tester know as things like the clio some have one some dont so cant really be enforced
