cut into the top, microwave for 8 to 10 mins depending on size and then into a hot (220 deg C) oven for 35 to 40 mins.

crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside.

They need to be old, baking potatoes.

I know, I can't believe the price some shops charge for a Jacket and some slop on top when the potatoes cost pence and the fillings probably come out of tin.. I know it's got to be cooked for a while but still can't cost much more then £1 to prepare then they charge you £5 for it..
