No not really
We normaly price that sort of work as a job rather than a day rate to include materials etc
Id say a 3 bedder, your looking at about 10-15k (obviously a very rough guess here)
thats digging the footings (but not soil disposal cost) concreting the footings, over site, dpc and right up to plate level
also a 3 bedder has many corners!!!
