look at it this way though.

with the new rules this year, we have no idea how the cars will stack up against each other. Maybe the Ferrari will be super quick because they have got something others had nt thought about.
Massa wins the first races due to out right paces, and basically wins the title in the first races, other teams wont bother developing thier cars because there is no need any more. It has been seen at season starts before where 1 team has a massive advantage but through out the season other teams have caught up.

On the other hand, no over taking is due to the fucking shit circuits that they design, there are very few proper race tracks left on the GP calander any more, they are all crap city circuits with no run off, so drivers are not willing to risk hitting the wall or causing damage.
