Easy to update, just load iTunes, plug your phone in and it will search for the update. If not then you can click to maually search.
BM08 - that is the first problem I have had with it,
you stick with the N95 which has the screen quality of a speak and spell 
Have you actually owned/played with an N95 then? i cant speak for the older versions but my 8gig with the bigger screen is fantastic, very bright and very clear.
