Think my shell might be spending a fair while in the bodwshop anyway as the rear quarter is a bit wobbly!

I have just rang somewhere and they have quoted £250 to do inside and underneath. Guess thats quite a good price, and they are mobile. Thing is the dust and grime that will be made when he does it.
