that has ALWAYS got me, only a idiot would stay after that too as they aint EVER gonna get higher in life, my old place used to pay there staff MORE than most competion if you are about to leave,,,, but thats it you never get fuck all and when you try for other jobs you get questioned why you wanna take a pay cut to leave ect
