well for me its when the customer drives there car into the work shop parks up and walks out then when i go running after them they say "yea but the car is booked in for an mot!!!!"


and i all way say if you has an appointment with the doctor would you walk strate into the surgery or would you go to reception first??????

to witch they get the hump lol
