ive been playing around on confused.com seeing what i can afford to insure as im only 17. got a quote on a mk 5 fiesta for £750 with me still as a provisional driver. is there a way to know what it will be like when i pass as people ive spoken to say it goes up between 30 and 100 quid on there corsas saxo's etc ive done a confused search saying i was a full uk license holder but everything else the same and its gone up to £1300 that cant be right surely its almost doubled any ideas or have i just got to wait until i pass and ring the insurance company?
