What i mean is in a cossie say you get a big rush as the boost comes in low down the rev range, where as the vtec engine pulls like a normal car until vtec engagment which is at around 6000rpm depending on which car and then has all the power right at the top end of the rev range.

The thing with this is they give really good fuel economy and drivability as an everyday car with no need to use the vtec unless you are giving it billy big boot.

Like i said though they aint to everyones taste
