Unless your car is running big power say 330bhp+ then i'd say stick with the gen II or a panel filter tbh which uses either the standard intake or uprate it for a direct replacement Roose silicone item
Those custom intakes were designed on bigger power cars with bigger turbo, custom engine mapping, etc & imo are not suited to standard turbo setup with minor mods
