*I believe that the colar bone which I also burst runs very close to Ulnar nerve so this may have also contributed to or have been the cause of the nerve dammage.
Pain: because the nerve damage was only part of the dammage and I was on Morphine anyway, it was more an inconvinience and a concern rather than painfull.
Cost: I was most fortunate in that the hopsital where he works was the hospital I was flown to. He is know as the best in his field and is held in high regard. Good old NHS payed for his time
Hope that helps.
found the problem andy! im sure you remember speaking to me!

went to see a specialist in nerves today and they know 100% whats wrong, its a
ulner nerve problem -
i have severe muscle wastage in my right hand which is the common thing to spot, i never thought anything of it, but she spotted it straight away! other doctors did not look at my hand!
syptoms i told her about were numb arm, extreme pain, hand shut / locks up now and then, lack of strengh in handgrip, impared joint mobility in fingers!
the muscle wasteage is irreversable as the nerve is detatched from the muscle, so i will never be able to gain that muscle back as it has died and i will be perminantly weak in the hand but i just want the pain to go!
i also described syptons of carpel tunnel problems as well but i have to go for some nerve tests first and then take it after that! 6 years of pain and it does my head in!
