as most of you will probibly know some insurance companys wont insure a Q plated car , for what ever the reason for the Q plate might have being put on the car for.
was just wondering if there was a loop hole with the system where by haveing a personal plate on the car would let the insurance company insure you on the car with out any probloms ?
