just fitted my saph engine into my 3 door. it was sweat when in my saph but now it's in my 3 door there is a rattle.
it only rattles when pressing the throttle. does'nt rattle on idle, does'nt rattle if i hold the rev's at 3000, 4000, or 5000rpm. only rattle's when putting my foot down.

what i've done since swapping engine.
cleaned engine
fitted new group a head gasket
remove 1 big end cap and 1 main's cap to check the size of crank and torqued back up.

i've had a problem with starting it as had the fuel pipes round the wrong way.
the only thing i can think of is that i turned it over that much it's done some damage.??

what do you think it will be??
