my 3dr see`s similar road use and my gaz coilovers are fine,i would suggest going back to them and asking them as initial fitting will have been payed for also,so only fair they contribute to removal and refit.
i have the same problem with electrical materials that go faulty i just tell my suppliers i want some materials to cover my time or i go elsewhere in future (not much use in this situation i now realise!!)
