my company is losing 180 staff at the moment firstly volantary,we were all interviewed and shown our figures. the guys over 50 with long service 30+ years are getting lumpers of around 120k with pensions of approx 14k a year...
no wonder 300+ said they want to go pmsl
can't wait to see the whinging when the guys that think there getting out are told they can't go!!
been only 36 they only offered my 27k to go..
seems a lot but I would then need to find a job and my job is very specialised..
