Hi all
over the last couple months we've been told that the company i work for isnt performing well, and sales need to be on the up, however 2 weeks ago we we're told theres a very strong possibility that some of us may be made redundant.
Now i'm the installation engineer/fitter for the company, and from the way people are talking i could be 1 of the 1's to go, as all our install work that i currently do could be out sourced.
My question really is this, i've been with the company 2 1/2 years, so if i am the chosen one for the boot, what will i be looking at as a redundancy package.

the standard contractual terms that i have seen are usually 1 weeks salary for every year worked..
