Subaru Starting Problem
I appreciate this is not the best forum to ask about this but i got next to nothing fromt he guys on Scoobynet and thought I'd try the helpful lot on here:
It's a problem when starting the car from cold or if it's been sitting for 10mins+. It takes ages to fire for some reason.
I've checked the history and a Crank sensor was replaced a couple of years back for the same symptoms and cured it.
The problems is, i've had a new Cam and Crank sensor tried on the car. Fuel pump is next up as it seems to take an age to prime.
It never fails to start, just sick of being embarrassed when I try to start it front of anyone after I left it off for 10mins+.
Forgot to add, I've also replaced the Coolant Temp sensor, MAF and O2 sensor with no joy. And if I switch it off for less than 10mins, it fires no problem?
I'm puzzled! HELP!
Cheers
JK
