I plan to fit 3 door hubs to my Sapphire soon and I wondered about removing the ABS at the same time. If I don't connect the sensors will my braking be affected? Is there any easy way to disconnect and dump the ABS? I don't fancy re-doing my brake lines.

Also I am going to take the power steering pump, reservoir and belt off my car, remove all the hydraulic pipe work and use foam to block up the holes in the rack so that dirt can't get in. Does anybody see any reason why this will be a problem?
