As for Uni..... Im 34 and in the building trade earning very good money in a job I love (Scaffholder) and with my previous recored no half decent employer would take me on no matter how many degree's
I meant uni fees for your kids or future kids
Think about another house/house project or something to make money from that can put you on a different track in life....
Then buy a ferrari with your profits in a year or so!
