Ive been wanting this done since the new software came out but can't seem to find anyone that has actually done this. Not even definate answers/info on the net.
LOADS have done it. I just did it - my 2G phone is on 2.1 firmware, is jailbroken and unlocked to T-Mobile
Ask here for better info that I can give - I'm fairly new to the whole jailbreaking and firmware updating game;
