yes it is but surely its better off giving the organ to someone who wont destroy it. Alcoholism is a treatable illness but you have to WANT to get better. gazza is so fucked up mentally hed rather himself that he was dead.

If there was 2 people the liver was type matched for, one an alcoholic, one not id give it to the non-alcoholic. Harsh but fair i think.
