No they havent. A Tuner has NEVER been able to START a topic advertising his own work on these forums. It goes against ALL the rules that i wrote for the forum years ago. Nothing new has been added or taken away. Maybe IB have us enforce them more now as they are better businessmen than Me, but the rules are the same.
Fair enough mate your new mods are obviously just more efficient that the old ones
