Cheers guys, i've just worked it out.

Take off the back bit at the back and digg out the red rubbery bit. Take out the red bit at the front. get a small flatblade and run it down the top of the pin and slot it under the tiny plastic catch, the pin then comes out the back of the connector.

Ian - I think you might be talking about the coil pack connector? it looks like its double latched.

I'm off to find another screwdriver to see if I can get it too
