They're illegal to sell, and they're illegal to buy.
You cannot sell an 'id' without the original car attached to it.
Using that ID to identify a different car is, as we all know, known as ringing, which is also illegal.
That history is not relevant to someone elses Cosworth, so why sell it as such? Seller must be a few lettuces short of an alotment.
Hence why I've reported it to ebay. Go me.
