Yes mate it was mine. went absolute wank to be honest.

I bought and fitted new rotor arm n dizzy cap before I went, and I bought a set of plugs to take with me.
Got there 10 mins before my appointment to be told they were running 45 mins behind, so I would have to find somewhere dry to go! (it was pissing down outside) (luckily my lass had followed me through in car) no "would you like to sit in our reception and have a cuppa etc" didnt even ask anything about the car, or what I was looking to achieve, just said would ring when it was done. so i left the car, and told him new plugs were in glove box.

2 hours later he rings me, says car is done but has a misfire, when asked what it could be he said probably plugs. So I ask him why he hasnt changed them and he says he couldnt get any in time, when asked what was wrong with the ones I supplied, he said the other lad who works there hadnt told him about them.

So I go to pick it up, and ask exactly what they have done, lad behind counter says he doesnt know, diffrent lad did it, and he had gone, so he would ring me. So they proceed to charge me £141.

He rings me later and I asked what he had done, He said he caliborated the fuel system, so I asked what he got the boost up to, to which he repies I didnt touch it, I left it at 11psi, couldnt set it up because of misfire, also didnt do a power run, again, due to misfire.

I said my boost gauge must be wrong then because it says its boosting at 15psi, to which he replies, it cant be, it has to have modifications to be running that boost.

To which I replied, its chipped you fuckin muppet, witha stage 3 head, piper cam etc etc.

So basically he spent 2 hours "tuning" the car and didnt notice it was chipped or anything, changed fuck all apart froma maybe a bit of fueling, and charged £141 for the pleasure.

I was taking it back 1st thing monday to demand he redo it properly now I had fitted the plugs, but now my gearbox has packed up n fucked off, im just going to have to let it go by the looks of it.
